W.I.N.K. is an acronym - What's in a kiss? and What's n a kiss? W.I.N.K. stands for ...... Worth-Wellness Interventions for Nurturing Knowledge.
With W.I.N.K., curriculum audiences are taught how to recalibrate refusal and response skills and learn from our rigorous methods.
W.I.N.K.: “Wonder about the endless possibilities, hear about the impacts of missed opportunities. Due to a choice made in the ‘wink’ of an eye! Ignite greatness in each other, not agitation; Nurture and empower our teens dreams, skills and talents by exposing them to intervention methods; and lastly, Nurture the Knowledge so what becomes Known, guides each one to have knowledge to achieve anything!" Eco-class curriculum and Intentional Walks system empowers teens living in built-environments to leadership in Self-Concept and recognize their Solid-Worth by making informed choices with rigorous response that steer them away from disease, substance misuse, STDs/STIs, alcohol, drugs, and littering.

W.I.N.K. © was Design Inspiration to founder Response Pragmatist Coach Mrs. Tiffanie, a Director of Vertical Absolute Consortium Participant Coalition and Engagement Director since 1994. Established as one of America's top denominational experts in various disease and youth trends, she has specialized in sexually transmitted disease, refusal and response skills, underage drinking and substance misuse policy enforcement for more than 17 years.
Since 2020, Response Pragmatist Coach Mrs. Tiffanie has been rewarded for national certification and local accommodation letters of award for her work. PURPOSE AND MISSION
Often the question comes to the conversation, why I call my website What's -N- A Kiss© Well, I'm challenging pre-teen, their parents and principle guardians to go on a journey with me and learn all about, "What's In A Kiss?"
Whether I'm teaching or working in community with a neighborhood center with an engagement of knowledge-learner (youth and adult) collaborative events, people hear me ask the question, “what do you kNOw may happen to you, in a wink of an eye?” This question keeps them talking and thinking and inevitable learning as we are on our intentional Eco-class themed event walk. So I just believed it made sense to put the acronym W.I.N.K., into all I share for youth to consider. This question is a spin off from the title ‘When Abstinence Is The Scarlet Letter, And When A Kiss Is More Than A Kiss’ this article I was honored to submit and see published in historic MESSAGE Magazine. I've been working to increase refusal response skills and disease disparity problems in mental health, substance use intervention abuse problems in communities for the past two decades. I've seen a great number of changes in our children and youth and the nurturing society over this timeframe. I've seen these changes in the built-environment at:

* Church Camp Weekends
* Church lock In Events
* Weekend Sunday School Classrooms
* Sweet 16 Birthday Party
* Youth with Cars Park Gatherings
I've seen the continuously evolving harmful communication and environment loud talk tones only hearing and not listening, sweep underresourced neighborhoods in our Southern region. When people who have a heart for youth development, remaining on top of all the systems approaching our youth be they in the public sector or halls of faith, the trends are changing before our eyes. I want to encourage you that I see you! and in a W.I.N.K. with your new Rigorus Resusal Skill methods you also will see how to Respond to Barrier Brakers in your life.
I see in our nation from news postings, annual youth survey and in my immediate cities communities deal with misuse and disease prevention. I am asking parents, principles and the pupil, what can we do about theses issues? Are we going to just talk about it or accomplish to move the needle and save our youth, NOW and give them the skills to Respond and Skills to Refuse!
That's where WINK© steps in. Through education, intervention and policy updates, my presentations address refusal response for underage intimacy, drinking and drug problems disease problems and ignite our adults and youth leaders of principled character to see the problems, to dismantle them out of our built-environment community.
The impact to the youth self-concept is present everyday, taking a clear look at your built-environment social factors, the glaring ones and the not so visible, will continue to tune up your eye and listening to see what specific cultural understandings should be address and how best to approach them for making a lasting impact. I'll help you understand many things, from my recent CADCA experience and training to include:

On average, when requested to present, I make less than 20 presentation a year. I await to make more. These interactive hybrid informative sessions can have anywhere from 25 and up attendees (small group or banquet tables). I limit to have any "themed" or "canned presentations;" although I will customized public speaking engagements but each class for Rigorous Refusal Response Skill development is significantly listening, interactive and class/campus-specific. In-person Hybrid plenary or keynote work sessions may last from one hour to two days, depending on needs.
What ever the decision you and your team take, I'll give you tools to sharpen and heighten the self-concept layers in your pre-teen or youth and adults to demising, intervene or prevent disease disparities impairing health and human flourishing in your neighborhood and community.

WHY SCHEDULE OUR SPEAKER?

Response to built-environment social-factors impacting in-crisis youth education program. More importantly this is why when you schedule your speaker event and impact youth, after reading the mission and vision statements, you can see this is possibly an excellent way to make a difference in the lives of children, youth, and young adult parents in crisis who are considered by some in society to be useless, due to the lack of ability to Respond and listen so guardrails are in place.
Rigorous Refusal Skills must be taught to provide for the recalibration of youth and case workers, principled parents and teachers, organizations, are struggling to keep their youth willing to strive to get to have an education and bullying and spiritual bullying and disease in the built-environment, has impacted behaviors.
Please help teach Rigorous Response Refusal Skills to youth trauma-abused at different levels and daily. Those children who have experienced fright, bullying, sex trafficking or risky behaviors because of disparaging situations, and not knowing how to Respond. Especially when they are given opportunity to commit to a 2 hour to 16 hour workshop that is hands-on, and includes built in practical, with academic thinking and problem solving and life maintenance skills, for sufficiency in hybrid or in-person setting and also with key local community decision makers, and youth speaking to the need for policy changes, everything will change.
The healthful-living work transformation will disrupt many negative cycles they formerly participated, after they have the Response methods from W.I.N.K.
